Americans Told To Wear Masks For Swine Flu

By Wyatt Earp | April 26, 2009

Can we pick who should wear the masks and who should not? I mean, if anyone needs to wear a mask, it’s someone like Sandra Oh. Yikes, she is a scary looking woman.

Of course, on the flip side, someone like Paris Hilton should go mask-free. Hopefully, she’ll catch the flu and we’ll be rid of her forever.

Doctors in America are advising worried patients to buy painters’ masks as a precaution against the global outbreak of swine flu that appears to have spread from Mexico to the United States, New Zealand and possibly Europe.

With the worldwide death toll standing at about 81 and with about 1,300 people infected, authorities across the globe are torn between the desire to slow down a potential flu pandemic and the need to avoid bringing major cities on every continent to an economic standstill.

As of today, the US was still allowing people to cross the border from Mexico – where it is thought the swine flu emerged last week – although customs officials at the San Ysidro and Otay Mesa border crossings were given protective masks. It is thought that eight people in US border towns have gone down with swine flu, and tonight Mayor Michael Bloomberg said that a further eight cases have been confirmed among students in New York. Oh yeah, let’s just keep the Mexicans flowing into the country. I’m sure they’re all fine. Idiots.

Hopefully, the original carrier of the swine flu will be found and destroyed. The TimesOnline released a photo of the carrier in their latest edition. It’s below the fold:

Strangely enough, that is pure pig fat in those water bottles.

Hell, if STD’s haven’t killed her by now, I doubt if a case of flu could touch her.

    HA!

Personally, I think they should close the schools for a week.

Good thing you put “that” below the fold.

So is this like the pandemic of the month?

It seems like they come out with these things every so often and nothing ever really develops.

There are only about an extra 150,000 Mexicans down here to harvest the tomato’s and other spring crops,in our home county alone, don’t think a painters mask will help. Anyhow, its hard to chew “Red Man”,and wear the damn thing.

Why would we stop letting Mexicans in? That would be racist. Don’t you know it is better to die of swine flu, then to hurt someones feelings?

For Christ’s sake – close the damned border! Don’t let any of them over here and the only time it should be opened is to send those swine flu carrying maggots back to their own country.

I’m sick to death of them having more rights than we do in our own country.

Seal that border shut – for good!

Too late for comment maybe but it is well worth reading what Sandy Szwarc has to say:

She is an excellent voice of moderation and that all too rare thing, COMMON SENSE.
