Man Claims Stripper Permanently Hurt Him
By Wyatt Earp | June 4, 2009
Wow, the only thing on me that ever got permanently hurt at a nudie bar was my . . . wallet.
What?
WEST PALM BEACH, FL — A Loxahatchee man is suing Cheetah nightclub, claiming he was permanently injured after a dancer kicked him in the head.
Michael Ireland has filed suit against the club, alleging dancer Sakeena Shageer kicked him ‘without warning.’
I’ll assume she didn’t kick him through the goalposts of love?
Cheetah Palm Beach manager Rod Kimbrough says that’s not quite the way they remember the night.
“A patron violently slapped the young woman on her buttocks and she was walking around the top of the bar and I guess out of a natural response she turned around and kicked him. From what I’m told he refused medical attention and came back in the club after that and had beers,” says Kimbrough.
If that’s true, then Michael better flee to Ireland!
He also questions how Shageer, who dances by the stage name Suki, could have caused so much damage.
“Yeah. Five foot one,” says Kimbrough. (LINK)
Five foot one? Wow, that’s probably not going to play well before a jury, but what do I know?
Best of luck to ya, Michael. You’re gonna need it.

Wait, was he the one who slapped her on the ass? Cause then he’s got no business pressing charges; he had it coming!

Dance name Suki, work name Sakeena Shageer, birth name Ethyl Birnbaum?

Serve him right if she counter sues for major damages:
Assault
Assault and battery Assault causeing actual bodily harm (bet there’s a mark left and that will prevent her from working hence)
Loss of earnings
Indecent Assault
Drunk and Disorderly
Action likely to lead to a breach of the peace
And “I Am Not A Lawyer”. Given, oh, 5 mintes a good lawyer can expand that to a couple of pages.
By the way, what on earth have you got against Ireland?

“Kicked by a stripper” - why does this sound like the title of a talk show episode?

RT - But the other word would be more appropriate for this post. Heh.
RAPH - And are probably made of lead.
Bob - I agree wholeheartedly. The rule is that you are never supposed to touch the dancers . . . um, so I’ve heard.
Joe Costa - I wouldn’t be surprised!
Alan B - Nothing, but “Michael better flee to Ireland” is a play on his name.
Doghouse - It’s the title of my new book, by the way.

Doh! Sorry.
But we are still more than happy for you to keep him your side of the pond, thank you!
