Worth watching the whole thing.
Maybe yous guys could develope some new field sobriety tests to check for this sorta thingie.

I laughed til I cried. I kept telling him to stay down, but he just wouldn’t listen. It pretty much looked like me when I was in Korea and discovered Soju. Your brain works fine but your body does whatever it wants.
