Original Caption: Afghan policewomen talk after shooting class at the Afghan Police Academy October 5, 2010 in Kabul, Afghanistan. Nine years after the fall of the Taliban, U.S. President Barack Obama intends to begin withdrawal of U.S. troops as of 2011, leaving behind a law enforcement force to undertake policing of the country and keep the Taliban from infiltrating urban areas.

Woah I won? Awesome! I almost didnt post that because I thought it was kinda stupid. Guess I should enter these things more often. First time I think I have EVER entered a photo caption contest.
