Babes Get Center Court In Wimbledon
By Wyatt Earp | June 30, 2009
It would seem that attractive tennis players make it to Wimbledon’s Center Court more often than unattractive ones. File this story under Tales of the Obvious.
When it comes to choosing which women play on Centre Court, good looks count for more than big shots.
While a succession of easy-on-the-eye unknowns have appeared in Wimbledon’s prime arena, the top women’s seeds have been relegated to lesser courts.
And last night, the All England Club admitted that physical attractiveness is taken into consideration. Spokesman Johnny Perkins said: ‘Good looks are a factor.’ (H/T – DailyMail)
Ya think? It’s a good thing, too, because most guys would rather watch Denmark’s Caroline Wozniacki (below) than that manly Venus Williams any day of the week and twice on Sunday.
I’m just sayin’.

As long as they give the male tennis players the same consideration, I’m good with the whole thing. Women like eye candy, too.

MeToo – I am pretty sure the article mentioned people like Roger Federer get the same treatment.
Doghouse – I wouldn’t be surprised.
Proof – Yeah, I should be sentenced to watch her matches in person.
