Police Doing Lions’ Share Of Patrol

By Wyatt Earp | November 12, 2011

By the time you read this, the Penn State/Nebraska game should already be in progress. It is my sincere hope that the students don’t act like animals, as some of them did on Thursday night. It is also my hope that there are not a lot of pro-Paterno signs in Beaver Stadium. It’s inappropriate, in my view.

Of course, if some students or fans decide to misbehave, the police will be ready for them.

State College Police Department Captain John Gardner said he plans to have every officer working at the game against Nebraska, where some fear students may protest the ouster of Paterno after 46 years in charge of the team.

“It you truly support Coach Joe or Penn State, this is not the way,” Gardner told a news conference. “Stay off the street. The behavior of last night will not be tolerated.”

Pennsylvania State Police and the university police force will assist the town’s police on Saturday, Gardner said.

Good move. People think they can screw with the university police – and they may be right – but it would be a big mistake to frak with the Staties. Trust me on this.

Fenway – If this happened in a Catholic School or Church, would so many people be supporting the principal or pastor? Yet there were plenty of people chanting “Joe Pa” at the game today. Unbelievable.

I think most of the students finally figured out there is no way to support a person who allowed kids to be abused over a decade.

To show how corrupt PSU was, Sundowsky was still recruiting for PSU last year.

Here is another person they should fire and that is McQueary!!

This whole thing is heartbreaking and outrageous.
