Which amendment covers the right to stab people?
One man is hospitalized following an overnight stabbing inside the National Constitution Center. It happened at 3:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
Police say there was an altercation between the two men inside the kitchen. The confrontation escalated, and a 36-year-old male stabbed the 21-year-old victim multiple times in the leg. The victim was taken to Jefferson Hospital, where he is in stable condition.
According to officials at the National Constitution Center, the men were contracted workers with the catering staff, not employees of the center.

I’d be willing to draft and vote for an amendment that outlaws hippies and liberalism in general, and exonerates anyone from stabbing (or otherwise smiting) the aforementioned.

They were reenacting the days of sabers and cutlasses
when the elected legislators would check their weapons at the door with the Sergeant At Arms, and got carried away?
