Lindsay Lohan Avoids Arrest

By Wyatt Earp | May 21, 2010

Damn. It would have been great seeing this cooze in cuffs.

A judge issued a warrant Thursday for Lindsay Lohan’s arrest after the actress missed a mandatory court hearing, but a court spokesman said the warrant was recalled hours later after her bond was posted. Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel issued the warrant after the 23-year-old actress missed a progress report on her probation stemming from two arrests in 2007.

Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, said Lohan’s passport was stolen while attending the Cannes Film Festival in France and she was unable to return to Los Angeles in time for Thursday’s hearing.

Yet the actress didn’t seem too worried Thursday morning when she was photographed partying on a yacht in the French Riviera until the wee hours, said celebrity photographer Phil Ramey, who posted the photos on his website Tinselclown.com.

Forget Mexican immigrants. We should build a fence to keep this whore out of the country. Ya hear me, Arizona?
