“Uma, Jerry. Uma!”

By Wyatt Earp | March 29, 2010

I like Uma Thurman. I really do. I enjoy most of her films, and while some men find her rather creepy-looking, I think she’s a robo-babe. That being said, she may go down in Hollywood box office infamy after this debacle:

The Oscar-nominated actress slew more people in her “Kill Bill” series of flicks than bothered to show for the debut of the movie at the Apollo West End in Piccadilly Circus — a mere dozen, according to a report in The Guardian newspaper.

On Sunday, just one soul decided to fork over $13 to see the Katherine Dieckmann-directed film, the paper reported.

Here’s what viewers were in store for: “Shot entirely on location in New York’s West Village, this bittersweet comedy distills the dilemmas of the maternal state (marriage, work, self, and not necessarily in that order) into the trials and tribulations of one pivotal day.”

Why the dismal box office? Well, chalk it up to the usual Hollywood inanity.

“Motherhood” producers say the appallingly anemic take stemmed from the dunderheaded move to show the film in just one theater for its debut last Sunday.

Jackasses.

I dunno, that thumb she had in the “Cowgirl’s get the Blues” movie kind of creeped me out. Most of her is a train wreck untill you put it all together.

Jon – Meh, I’d rather do the probing when it comes to Uma.

    Robbie – Great, great film(s).

MUD – But like a train wreck, you cannot avert your eyes. I dig her. A lot.

She is super hot. Poison Ivy….or in that movie with Ben Afleck where he has his memory erased. Schaaawwing.

Unless she is in a Tarantino film, this chick seems to be for a Razzie. She’d best stick with Quentin (Kill Bill and Pulp Fiction).

MeToo – Pulp Fiction: Possibly one of my favorite films of all time.

I have always wanted a piece of that. You have reliably excellent taste, Mr. Lawman.
