It’s always funny when the thugs think police officers are stupid. The Show Me State got a taste of irony this week.
JOPLIN, Mo. – Some people won’t be getting the Christmas presents they were expecting.
Missouri troopers seized about 20 pounds of marijuana from a car this week — some of it in luggage, and some in boxes wrapped as Christmas gifts. The Highway Patrol says troopers found the marijuana in the car they stopped for speeding on Interstate 44 near Joplin.
Damn, now some hippies have to spend the holidays dealing with reality. That’s a shame.

When I worked in Amarillo, Texas, a boat from California was stopped outside of Amarillo. Over 850lbs of pot was in the boat, what set off the Trooper’s “radar”? The tags on the boat were out of date.
If I was smuggling, I would make sure I drove the speed limit and make sure all your papers were up to date and also, wear your seatbelt!
But, criminals are not very intelligent.

Rule number one when smuggling contraband. Obey all the other laws. Don’t do a Michael Vick and put your pot in something else that is not allowed on an airplane.
