Okay, show of hands: Who found the ridiculously ignorant mistake in her statement?
“500 million Americans will lose their jobs.” Is she frakking kidding me? According to the numbers at the U.S. Census Bureau’s POPClock, (as of 12:40pm EST) the current resident population is only 305,738,000!
(For you readers who voted for Nancy Pelosi, that number reads as 305 million people. Also, that number includes those Americans who are currently unemployed, retired, or not old enough to have a job.)
If a Republican had made this statement – or worse, Sarah Palin – they would be crucified in the media. I am still waiting to see this story on CNN or MSNBC. Although I am sure it will be on their websites any moment now . . .

She says EVERY MONTH that the stimulus bill doesn’t pass, 500 million people will lose their jobs.

There is no cure for stupid as Ron White has previously said. Pelosi is a perfect example. She is not only an idiot but a danger to all of us. The problem with Socialism is you eventually run out of OTHER PEOPLES MONEY!
