Good Lord, why do I feel like this kid today?
No, I didn’t gain any poundage this week, but I didn’t lose any, either. I guess I’ll call that a delicious frosted (bow)tie. Mmm . . . donuts! I’m sorry, what were we talking about again?
So, after a week of little exercise – one night of hockey was all I could muster with the frigid temps – I stayed the course. I am a hefty 199 pounds, and for those of you keeping score, I am still down 37 pounds in the past 12 months.
At this point, I cannot wait until bikini weather. I need to get on my bike without having my candy apple-shaped ass freeze to the seat. Heh. Now there’s a great vision to start your day, huh?

What the hell are you trying to do, make me poke my eyes out again?
Anyway, good luck on your continuing efforts to lose your excess weight. Hopefully, you’ll make it to my weight (170 lbs.) soon.

It all kind of just sucks a bit, doesn’t it? At least you’ve lost the few pounds you went up when you were laid up for a while. Just keep up the positive changes you’ve made. Your body will submit at some point.
I’m going to put mine in a choke hold soon.

Maybe you need to get out and start a few foot chases. That should get the old blood pumping. And stay away from them donuts (chocolate frosted, chocolate filled……….. dayem, heads for the nearest bakery)
If I miss hitting a size 6 by this summer I am so blaming you for the donuts
