Shooting Occurs At Michael Vick’s Party

By Wyatt Earp | June 27, 2010

All White? Racissssst!

Thug life born. Thug life bred. Just another reason to hate the Philadelphia Eagles.

Police in Virginia says they have no interest in speaking with the Philadelphia Eagles’ Michael Vick about a shooting outside a birthday party. But that isn’t keeping some local critics for calling for the Eagles to cut Vick. After the incident in Virginia Beach last week, police and Vick’s lawyer made it clear that Vick, the Eagles’ backup quarterback, was not at the birthday party thrown in his honor when a man was shot in the leg.

Atlanta Falcons’ receiver Roddy White was also with Vick on Thursday after he left the party, and at the time a former Vick co-defendant, Quanis Phillips, was shot in the leg outside the party by an unknown assailant. Phillips was hospitalized in good condition after the attack.

TV station WAVY is reporting that Vick’s probation officer will now investigate the incident, since it is a federal parole violation if Vick and Phillips were known to be associating with each other.

I’m sure that the feds will aggressively investigate Vick’s parole violation; and by that, I mean Vick will be smirking on the sidelines on Opening Day. Scumbag.

You can take the thug out of the ‘hood, but you can’t take the ‘hood out of the thug…

    *spit*

…Between Vick and the previous post about Mad Mel the Anti-Semitic Wife Beater, I’m suffering from an advanced case of dry mouth…

    *spits again*

Proof, I just spit out my gum that was so funny. Yep associating with a Co-defendant is definitely a violation and it would be wonderful if he had some house arrest or jail time over it. But since the police did not witness Vick and the bullet catcher together my bet is he gets nothing.

    Proof – Very punny.

Bob – Apparently, we have a “professional” NFL team near here. Since I’m a Broncos fan, I don’t care about the local team.

    Wes S. – Ya know, they sell spittoons now . . . :)

Ingineer66 – Even if they saw him, I wouldn’t be too convinced he’d get jail time.

Wyatt, if I was one of those blaxploitation supervillains who hated every last black person, I would set into motion a complex plan that would keep the majority of America’s blacks marginalized for generations to come through my unseen hand.

It would start off with an avant-garde form of ‘art’ that would be readily accepted by the elites in the art crowd as well as the inner city. If would feature almost exclusively black performers and it would glorify theft, dealing in narcotics and violence against other blacks. These artists in their works would also encourge black women to be viewed as nothing more than prostitutes or objects to be used for the performer’s and audience’s own gratifcation.

There would be blacks out there intelligent to see where this was going and knowing that the glorification and embracing of the thug life and misogyny towards women by the young men of their community won’t end well. However, the critics can be marginalized by the artists themselves or the elitists as ‘Oreos’ (black on the outside, ‘white’ on the inside) or ‘Uncle Toms’ who have never known the rigors of growing up in ‘da hood’. The critics far more informed and responsible choices (joining the military, pursuing a higher education, going into the business world and even taking responsibility for their own actions) will be dismissed as ‘selling out’ and diminishing their credibility in the eyes of the purveyors of this art and their intended audience.

Unfortunately, I would be 30 years too late to implement this plan, for somebody would’ve beaten my hypothetical blaxploitation movie antagonist self to it.

This ‘art’ form is known as hip-hop.

Matt Ryan’s (current Atlanta Falcon QB) brother got married last weekend in Maine.

    350 guests attended.

    Nobody got shot.

    Go figure.

You just know that Ryan had to sit through the NFL’s requisite ‘No Dogfighting Allowed’ orientation video.

Blank: Look…we know you’re probably not going to go out and do this shit, Matt….but we had some issues with the last guy, so…..
