Nancy Pelosi: “I Don’t Care If I’m Liked”

Well, that’s good, because according to some new poll numbers, Pelosi is not only not liked, she is pretty much despised by the American people. Can you blame them?
During her reign as House Speaker, this woman has shown nothing but contempt for the “little people.” Of course, when she is up for re-election, she will tell the voters in California that she wants to go back to Washington to fight for them. Uh-huh.

Like Marie Antoinette, Woman of the People Nancy Pelosi doesn’t really care what the hoi polloi think of her. Let them eat…her Gulfstream exhaust. Via Politico:
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is one of the most despised political figures in the country. And, frankly, she doesn’t give a damn.
“No, I don’t care,” Pelosi told POLITICO last Thursday, laughing heartily as she walked beneath the Capitol dome and plunged into a crowd of tourists.
Last week’s Public Strategies Inc./POLITICO poll brought grim news for Pelosi, revealing that only a quarter of Americans trust the San Francisco Democrat — putting her in the basement with Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio).
But month after month of polling shows that the speaker is neither trusted nor liked by the general public — even as she emerges from one of the most productive legislative periods any speaker has ever enjoyed.
“One of the most productive legislative periods any speaker has ever enjoyed?” Translation: One of the largest-spending, massive-taxing, deliberative democracy-undermining legislative periods taxpayers have suffered.
And there it is. Most Americans despise Nancy Pelosi because she is a bitter, old hag who lies every time she opens her BOTOX-injected mouth. The sad part is that even when she is caught in a lie, she completely denies it – and does so poorly. Simply stated, she is an elitist, and she cares about nothing but her own personal power.
Public opinion does not concern her – and why should it? The voters in San Francisco keep voting for her, year after year, regardless of her lackluster performance or questionable scruples.

Something about those eyes!! I keep thinking of Marty Feldman in Young Frankenstien. Maybe they are transplanted chihuahua eyes or something. We had a smaller than normal MinPin we called Bug years ago. His eyes were the reason for his name, they bugged out of his head more than most MinPins eyes do. Come to think of it only 25% of the household liked him too.

Do you realize that San Fran Nan is 69 years young? She doesn’t look a day over 74 thanks to the botox. Of course, she can’t close her eyes, but no doubt a small price to pay to be able to see who is ready to stab you in the back 24/7. Then again, that is probably a take a number type of line for stabbing rights.

Jon – And to complete the Feldman look, she will soon be sporting a mighty hump.
MeToo – Her skin is pulled so tightly that a knife in the back wouldn’t penetrate her.
Admiral – She needs to be put out to pasture, courtesy of an election defeat.
So What – Helmsley is more attractive than Pelosi NOW!
