Jackson’s Mother Gets Custody Of Kids

By Wyatt Earp | June 30, 2009

Sadly, these kids have no chance.

Sadly, these kids have no chance.

The never-ending sags continues.

LOS ANGELES, California — Michael Jackson’s three children asked to see their father’s body in the UCLA emergency room after they were told he was dead, according to the lawyer for Jackson’s personal doctor.

“My understanding is that they did” see the body, attorney Ed Chernoff said.

Okay, that in itself is a little creepy. Kids that age? Wait for the funeral.

On Monday, the children, ages 7, 11 and 12, were placed under the temporary guardianship of their paternal grandmother, Katherine Jackson, by a Los Angeles judge.

The biological mother of Jackson’s two oldest children, Debbie Rowe, will be invited to a hearing next Monday in which the judge will consider who should have custody of them. She has, so far, not publicly indicated whether she will challenge the Jacksons for custody. (H/TCNN)

Okay, I have a few comments here:

1. Debbie Rowe may be a train wreck, and she may not. That being said, she is the mother of two of the children, and if she wants custody, she damned well better get it. Lord knows Jacko’s parents didn’t exactly do a bang-up job with their own brood.

2. The youngest child’s mother is listed as “None” on the custody papers. What the frak is that all about? Did Michale Jackson give birth to him?

3. Is anyone else besides me sick to death (Heh) of the Michael Jackson coverage yet? It’s enough already!

Latest is that NEITHER Jacko or Rowe’s DNA is present in the kids- They were apparently invitro to surrogates!

There is no way those kids are his. He flat out bought them.

How did he get the courts to acknowledge they are his, I wonder? Are there adoption papers? Custody papers? If what Old NFO says is correct, who ARE the parents of these kids come from anyway? Imagine you donated your sperm or eggs to science–wouldn’t you be freaked out to think that maybe that’s YOUR kid that Michael Jackson had conjured out of thin air.

As for the coverage, Wyatt, well color me still fascinated–I still have many many unanswered questions, you see. What I find nauseating is the never-ending parade of Jackson “spokesperson” automatons that refuse to even acknowledge the slightest little quirk about Jackson.

Old NFO – Are you frakkin’ kidding me?

Lisa – And that’s why it’s enough. You have questions, but the media won’t give you any answers. It’s a mind frak.

Word is…Jackson never even legally adopted the children. These poor kids are just not going to have a real chance, are they? Poor things.

And yes, I am tired of the coverage. I understood a couple of days, but people are committing suicide and carrying on, crying and what-not. He was a freak. He was a man. God worship God and cry to Him. Michael Jackson can’t hear ya.

    Okay…I’m done ranting. :)

It is being reported by TMZ…Debbie Rowe was the surrogate mother. She carried the first two children, was not bio mom. The third child was carried by a surrogate in San Diego Ca, She was not the bio. MJ also is not the bio for any of the three kids. Rumor is that the first two children might be the bio children of MJ’s dermotoligst (Debbie Rowe’s old boss). I wonder if these children are going through. Mind is spinning now. All I can think is…..Poor Children.

The children that were born to Michael during his marriage are his legally. He is the father on all three birth certificates but that may not be enough to grant him legal status to the third child. This just gets messier and messier.

On the subject of the kids seeing the body, not all that creepy in my opinion, especially if they asked.

As far as who gets custody, I think you oughta adopt ‘em, Wyatt. ;)

Did you see the latest about Michael begging his doctors for a Diprivan drip as a sleep aid? Nucking futs. Proof positive he was a couple tacos shy of a combo plate.

Don’t you just love the vultures hovering around …. The Reverends Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton protecting the image of the deceased.

Combine that with father Joe Jackson rushing to the microphones and it’s like having morning sickness 24/7.

    Barf city.

    Bwhaaaaaaaaaaa!

Fox & Friends just reported that the Reverends are now fighting because each one wants to be the one who officiates at the memorial service.

I say we put them in the ring and let them fight it out … then the winner can deal with Louis Farrakhan & Co.

RT – Committing suicide over Michael Jackson. Bawahahahaha! Frakkin’ idiots.

Red – Unbelievable. The last person who should get the kids are Jacko’s parents. They’re a train wreck.

BA – The oldest looks a little “off.”

AD – Oh, yeah the guy’s lights were on, but nobody was home. And I don’t have room to adopt those kids. Four is enough here.

Maggie – I like that, but let’s make it a battle to the death.
