Actress Allegedly Had Giggle Fit After Crash

Meet Amy Locane. She’s an actress – albeit not a very talented one – who landed a role on “Melrose Place.”
Like her former co-star Heather Locklear, Amy likes to drink. A lot. So much so that she’s currently on trial for killing a New Jersey woman while driving drunk.
As if that’s not bad enough, officers on the scene testified that after the fatal crash, Locane started giggling and laughing.
A police officer says an actress who had appeared in the “Melrose Place” television series was giggling and laughing after a motor vehicle crash that killed a New Jersey woman. The officer says Amy Locane-Bovenizer said police and emergency personnel were “being overly dramatic.”
Locane-Bovenizer is charged with aggravated manslaughter stemming from the death of 60-year-old Helene Seeman. Prosecutors allege the 39-year-old actress, who lives in Hopewell, was drunk and speeding when her SUV struck a vehicle driven by Seeman’s husband.
Scumbag. It’s a shame she can’t get the death penalty.

Good thing there were no children killed by her drinking and driving, she probably would have had one long hard guffaw. If I were the prosecutor in this case I would show pictures/video of the victim being taken away in the body bag and then pics/videos of her laughing..over and over and over.

She’s not responsible, it’s the alcohol, the car, the other driver, the condition of the road, her abused childhood, her blondness, her unemployment, the state of the economy, her finances etc. etc. ad nauseum………..

Maybe she laughed because the ladies name was Seeman.

BLAME BUSH.
It doesn’t matter one single worth damn bit if she was laughing immediately after what happened. That only speaks for her arrogance and sociopathic personality.
SHE WAS DRUNK AND SHE KILLED SOMEONE. IT’S MURDER.

Should be premeditated murder- unless someone can prove they were strapped down, given alcohol (or whatever) intravenously, then forced at gunpoint to drive.

No excuse for anyone to get a DUI in NYC. The taxis are out 24/7. She should get a long stretch of hard time, and be forced to do public service ads stating what happened when she drove drunk: a woman was killed. Those ads should be her last starring roles, and she should be banned from acting (not that it will happen, Hollyweird loves “reformed” alcoholics, unless they are conservative).

Jon – Would showing that be prejudicial? Yup. Would I care? Nope.
LDIV – The fact that’s she’s a sucky actress . . .
Randal – Nice.
Ferrell – Want to be pissed? Maximum penalty for her charges is ten years.
Sally Anne – I’d have no problem with that, but juries nowadays . . .
Robert B. – Or she could walk home and lose some poundage for her next role as “Girl in Shed” in Ninja Buzzlords III.
