Britney Spears About To Be Harpooned

By Wyatt Earp | June 18, 2011

You can always count on the British tabloids to post unflattering pics of celebrities. In this case, I think it’s great; because I despise Britney Spears.

Most singers lose weight before they go on tour owing to all the rehearsals and training they have to put themselves through. However Britney Spears appears to have gained weight, yet again, in the run up to her Femme Fatale Tour in the U.S. with chunky thighs and a bloated belly.

The 29-year-old singer hit the stage at the Power Balance Pavilion in Sacramento, California in the kind of shape you might expect to see someone who is taking a career break – not embarking on a hectic, 33-date tour. Prancing around on stage in a variety of skimpy outfits, it was clear that this was not the Britney some might have expected to see.

Now obviously, Britney’s not morbidly obese here, but that’s not the point. Her only job is performing, so she has enough time (and money) to hire a personal trainer.

Hey Wyatt! I’m not particularly fond of her either, but just to be fair I went to look at the photos. Just to be fair, y’all understand?!
And there are still photos which would make her appear to be, ah, “chubby” and she could clearly lose an inch or two off her waist and tighten up her buns but she really didn’t look THAT bad for the beginning of a tour.
And hasn’t she had children too (sorry, I don’t “follow” her career)? That could clearly account for what appears to be some extra poundage.
But Lord, I hope when she sees those photos, she at least changes her costumes somewhat to those that are more flattering to her.
And hey – at least she isn’t protraying the “stick and bone” look which the fashion models throw at women in our country as the way to look.

I hate her too, Wyatt!! I’d hit it, but I wouldn’t like it!!

RealWest: Having children is what women were originally designed for and that doesn’t make them fat. It’s simply calories sucked up vs calories burned.

Both Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman have born five (5) children and they certainly ain’t fat! However, Sarah and Bachman are also not air-headed slut bimbos such as is Britney.

    Just sayin.

Watuschski – you are certainly correct and I sit corrected by you!
Nonetheless, I do think that Spears (probably unintentionally) has presented young girls/women with an example of female attractiveness that ISN’T all skin and bone.
I don’t much care for her, but that example is worthwhile.

Quit putting this heifer in sequined bikinis. Either she’s delusional about what she can and can’t pull off or the costume designer must really despise her.

Realwest – now I feel a little guilty. I sure hope that I am not picking up the demokratz’ leanings here.

Brittney was indeed at one time a very lovely and sexy young piece of pulchritude, but she quickly morphed into a slut bimbo mode and went downhill pretty fast. She is totally washed up today at 29, when most attractive ladies are just maturing and getting hotter and hotter!

She should consider marrying perverted Little Anthony and then she would be Brittney Spears Weiner!

Real – Part of my point. She doesn’t have that tight body anymore, so she needs to stop with the bikini crap.

Danny – Oh yes you would! (So would I.)

Watuschski – Hold on, I’m still picturing Sarah AND Michelle.

Real – Christina Hendricks does that. Britney is a role model for Twinkie eaters everywhere.

Mrs. Crankipants – “C.” All of the above.

I think all the men that posted derogatory comments about Britney Spears should post pics of their bodies. Just from the neck down. (We probably would be scared of your ugly mugs). Maybe Britney would like a shot at judging you. I know I would. There is something really unattractive about jaded men such as yourselves. Could y’all just wear a bell so women everywhere know to avoid you.

On the other hand, I heard that she got engaged last week. That means that even Britney got a ring before LeBron.

Lydia – You forgot to add, “LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE!!!”

Jim – POW! Well played, my friend.

Wyatt, help me understand this…each day you find a woman to put down because of her appearance. Then you hold up another woman as “your” standard of beauty. To add to that, you ask for captions for pictures of (example) bacon clad women or naked women in refrigerators. You really only like women on a certain level? And how does that translate to your job. Only good looking women can expect to get help when they need it?
Oh, and by the way a little something for you wife. http://www.sexiestmenalive.net/ I think it would be magnanimous of you to allow your wife to pick out pictures of hot guys. And post it on your blog, of course. Just a little section called “the wife’s hot pic of the day”. I bet you won’t though, you probably not that kind of guy.

Lydia – You got me. I come upon a stabbing and if the woman isn’t gorgeous I let her die. Happens all the time. Idiot.
