CBS Hides Damaging Obama Audio

By Wyatt Earp | April 20, 2011

Last week, President Obama met with a group of top donors behind closed doors. During his speech, the president said some unflattering things about federal workers. CBS News released edited audio of his comments, where he blasted Paul Ryan’s budget plan.

CBS is refusing to release the full, damaging audio.

We observed that CBS only released “selectively edited” moments from the raw tape. People can speculate as to what their motive is, but we suspect that they do not want to jeopardize their White House access leading into campaign season by being the ones to release the audio of His Presidency referring to Americans as “slugs.”

CBS News correspondent Mark Knoller reported that Obama said this to the donors:

“What’s striking when you enter into the federal government is how generally smart and dedicated people are.” He did opine that some employees “are slugs and not trying to do their job. But that’s true of any large institution.” (H/TAoS)

Look, I call some of the people in my department “toads” all the time. In a department of 6,000, there are bound to be more than a few worthless workers. So in that respect, Obama is right. It is true of any large institution. But there’s a huge difference between some small-time blogger saying disparaging things about co-workers and the President of the United States calling some federal workers “slugs.” Comments like that are beneath the office, and it makes Obama look like a very small, petty man.

In this case, I don’t know what’s more despicable; that the president cowardly refers to federal workers behind closed doors, or the fact that CBS covers it up.

So anytime we e-mail or write an elected official can we begin it with…Dear Honorable Slug…?

What about non gastropod mullusks or even arachnids? Do they not count? Is this administration being racist towards other phylums by excluding them?

    1. CBS should stop being gay and release the whole audio.

    2. The truth hurts; they are slugs. It’s no different than when Christie says it about NJ workers. It “should” be a wake up call to the slugs, but it won’t.

Attention CBS and the rest of you losers from the old mainstream media – this is why you are losing marketshare. This is why you’re getting your collective asses handed to you by Fox News, Talk Radio and by the internet.

If you support your friends and attack your enemies thats called cronyism and we won’t put up with it. It’s certainly not journalism.

Similar to the behind closed doors, Bible reading, gun owning PA citizens. but these a -holes and the slugs will keep voting for this two-faced socialist bastard as long as he keeps feeding them

There’s a reason I stopped calling them the NYTimesWashPostCNNABCCBSNBCetc. and started calling them Minitrue midway through the 2008 election.

They perform that function for Obama instead of Big Brother and they’re incompetent tools, but their ‘hearts’ are in the same place.

    Look at it another way.
You’re at work in your cube harmlessly making mindless YouTube videos with your cell phone and the Jaba the Hut/Princess Leia Star Wars collectables when your boss stops by to tell you the one about the mixed Afro-Puerto-Asia-rican Lesbian dwarf who’s getting the sex change operation so it and it’s quadriplegic cannibal partner qualifies for a insurance under Obama care so they can adopt another Muslim child from Hawaii.
    Do you;
    A) Upload that sucker then head for lunch at the nearest diner that has a Help Wanted sign in the window
    B) Laugh and tell the boss “Hey! Good one boss, I’ll have to pass that along to Chai Chai Rod-Ree-Quez on the way out tonight.”
C, BS and the rest knows which side the toast is buttered and where Jimmy Hoffa really is and likes it that way.

What can you expect from the lamestream media but more Obama worship? I swear if they were any further up his a$$, they could smell his breath.

Jon – Gastropod. That is such a great word.

    Randal – 1. Agreed.
    2. Agreed, to a point. Think it, but don’t say it. Or, if you do say it, have the balls to say it in public, not behind closed doors with your millionaire donors.

Ferrell – Journalism died a long time ago. This coming from a guy who wrote for his high school and college newspapers.

Crusty – He really is a nasty, petty person.

Veeshir – The age-old question applies: What if Bush said this? Think CBS would release the tapes?

Brian – Depends upon my job. If I’m just a business man, I say nothing. If it’s MY JOB to report the news, I report it.

Sully – Of course it was, and it’s why they have no credibility.

L Frame – They didn’t even cover the story about the DoJ ignoring CAIR’s terror charges.

CBS – Cover up Barack’s Shortcomings.

: Too much WKRP will rot the brain!

Roger – The eye is blind!

Proof – And CBS still has the temerity to claim they are an unbiased news source.

The more I see and hear, the more convinced I become that The Imposter will be under indictment before the next election.

I can’t even bring myself to say that bassert’s name.

Chris – I thought the DoJ thing was borderline treasonous, and now, our troops are burning Bibles in Afghanistan.
