Delaware Teen Channels His Inner Jackass

By Wyatt Earp | October 12, 2010

Apparently, it’s idiot day in the Philadelphia area. Luckily for me, I am an idiot every day.

Of course, I never tried something as despicable as turning over a port-a-potty while someone is inside, like some punk-ass teen did in Delaware. In my opinion, capital punishment should be doled out for criminals like these.

New Castle County Police have charged a 14-year-old after he forced a 7-year-old into a portable toilet and knocked it over with the boy inside.

“He just started laughing and just walked away,” said 7-year-old victim Zack Montero. It happened Sunday about 7:45 p.m. on Scottfield Drive in Newark. Police say three boys, ages 7 and 8, were riding their bikes in Hann Park when the teenager threatened Zack and forced him into a “Port-o-John.”

The teen pushed over the toilet onto the door, preventing the boy from escaping. The boy’s two friends were able to get him out. The boy, who suffered a knee injury and was covered in waste, went home and told his father.

“As a dad, immediately, I got very furious and all the thoughts of what I wanted to do about the situation went through my head were all illegal. So naturally I didn’t do that,” said Dave Montero, Zack’s dad.

You’re a better man than me, Mr. Montero. If it were my son, I would have locked, loaded, and gone jerkass hunting.

I saw this on the news this morning. Just infuriating, and I am glad the father is pursuing these through legal channels. A lot of parents turn the other cheek way too often. I was bullied quite often in the lower grades and in high school. I cannot tell you how much that sucks.

    Poor kid.

RT – They would be hauling me away in cuffs if someone did that to my kid.

Rick – Yep, it wouldn’t be pretty.

The last state to abolish flogging as legal punishment was Delaware, in 1972. Should it be brought back?

That is messed up, to do something like that to a little kid. Flogging would be appropriate punishment.

I was on a construction site once and one of the crew started rocking the porta-pottie with a guy in it to get him to hurry up. Not smart since the rocker then went into the porta-pottie and the rockee took a pickup and ran it into the porta-pottie shoving it up against a fence. At low speed but he made his point.

Wonder where the teenager’s parents were when this occurred. This is obviously a reflection of their “excellent” parenting.

What a complete douchebag! That kid needs a serious intervention…preferably with someones foot and his ass.

Never been a parent but I guess If I had, I would want a piece of the 14 yr old scumbag too. I would make my kid show me where he lived while following 20 feet behind and upwind though.

Saw that happen to a girl back in college… It was awful.

The worst part was that nothing happened to the frat boys who tipped her.

I have to admit I love slamming the side of an plastic outhouse when someone I know is inside, I would never be so cruel as to tip it over. This is just bullying. There is a HUGE difference between a 7 year old and a 14 year old.

If it were my 7 year old? I would somehow find that 14 year old alone somewhere and have a “discussion” on bullying.

Lergnom – Get me Christine O’Donnell!

Ingineer66 – Yeah, funny how those points are made so clearly.

Robert B. – I’ll bet they brag about how wonderful he is. *spit*

Smite – And a potty for a potty.

DL474 – Foot, hammer, shotgun, whatever works.

Jon – Nothing angers a parent than bullying . Nothing.

Sully – Of course not. Frat boys are usually exempt from everything.

Danny – I imagine that “discussion” would include a shoulder holster.

While I don’t really condone this because it often comes back to bite ‘ya in the ass, a “throwaway” gun could come in REAL handy in dealing with this “jerkass”.

But I NEVER said that…and was NEVER here, kapeesh?

    ;)

This guy should be coated in the contents of a portapotty. Then, the infamous Jersey Shore greenhead flies should be turned loose upon him.
