Your Olympic Babe O’ The Day
By Wyatt Earp | February 16, 2010

This is Alexandra Jekova, a smoking hot 22-year old snowboarder from Bulgaria. Who knew they kept such hotties behind the former Iron Curtain? You may have seen her before, since she was the flag bearer for her country during the Opening Ceremonies.
This from the ESPN X-Games site:
Alexandra is a Bulgarian rider who finished 10th at her only WX in 2008. She is already on the Bulgarian Olympic team for 2010 and competed in 2006 in both PGS (25th) and Snowboard Cross (22nd). Her dad, Viktor Jekov, will be at WX as her coach. The 22-year-old broke her nose in November on a straight run after a day of pipe, park and SBX training.
Hopefully, she’ll do well in Vancouver. If not, well, she can always drown her sorrows in a tall glass of Wyatt. Heh.

You can see more photos of Alexandra here.

She has a nose? MUD
MUD – Looks pretty perfect to me.
I am about to change my nationality to Bulgarian-Slovakian-American. That should certainly get me on the welfare roles and get me a lot of free shit!
Watuschskie – Especially with Obama in the White House.
This ongoing series of articles better win the Pulitzer. Bravo, Mr. Earp.
TJS – Thanks. I’m trying to spread the wealth. Different countries, different sports. Any schlub can post pics of American and Canadian figure skaters all day. I want to mix it up.
You are the man of journalistic integrity. Thanks for broadening our horizons.
Ooooh! Ooooh! Me! Me! I did! I did!
I’m not sure how well represented Poland is in these Olympics, but I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if the babe ratio was pretty high for their team…
Ingineer66 – Feel free to nominate me for a Nobel Peace Prize.
Fenway_Nation – I think I’ll be able to wrangle up a Polish pretty for ya this week.
She definitely puts the BULG in Bulgaria!!!
OH YEAH!!
Captain – Well played, sir.
Thank you, thank you!
