Remember when Nancy Pelosi said she would reign over “the most honest, most open and most ethical Congress in history?” Remember when Barack Obama promised to broadcast congressional negotiations on C-SPAN?
Yeah, that was all a bunch of crap. Michelle Malkin exposes the lies.
It’s official. The Hill reports this morning that the Dems have formally agreed to bypass the formal conference committee process to ram the government health care plan through for Barack Obama: “Aides said the agreement was reached during a Tuesday evening meeting at the White House with President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden and the top two Democrats from each chamber…After huddling among themselves at 10 a.m. Wednesday morning, House leaders will return to the White House for a 2:30 p.m. meeting with the president and Senate Democratic leaders.” Behind closed doors. It’s the Vampire Congress way.

Somebody should check to see if Obama’s pants are on fire. But hey, it’s not like we have a right to see what our representatives are trying to do our health care, right?

Not that I agreed with 100 percent of what he did, either.
Sometimes I’m amused by the arrogance, because I know that kind of arrogance is uncontrollable for the folks who possess it. However, I also cringe, because they are ruled by their hubris, much to our detriment.

You get the government you deserve is how the old saying goes.
Pelosi and Reid promised an end to pork ladened earmarks in 2006, then just renamed them, and allowed more to flow.
They promised bipartisan work on big issues, then excluded the other side from any meaningful negotiations.
To repay them for their lies, we put more of their ilk in congress.
No one should be surprised.

To think that these idiots are figurative “descendants” of our founding fathers makes me sick to my stomach. They put their lives and fortunes on the line to create a system of government that ensured liberty and protected individual freedoms and choices against tyranny and these s.ob.’s aspire to be more like the Russian Pollet Bureau.

Time to get back to basic by basically starting over with new house and senate members. Of course, some dems are already jumping ship or changing party. Must be time for San Fran Nan’s next round of botox. She hasn’t blinked this much since her 20′s.
