Senator Max Baucus: Party Guy

Some news outlets are reporting that Senator Max Baucus (D – Montana) may have been “drunk” with power during this rant on the Senate floor. Hmm, maybe he was just having a stroke. You make the call.
Will someone please convince me why we should turn over health care to this guy? Especially after this similar video of Senator Baucus was uncovered . . .
