You know, pot-smoking hippies are a funny bunch. Their crazy antics and hysterical shenanigans keep police professionals like me in stitches for days. Sometimes, they elude our capture. Sometimes they don’t. And sometimes, their shenanigans come back to bite them in the arse.
Let’s place this story into the “It’s Funny When They Happen To Them” file.
PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. — Bay County deputies say a 23-year-old man who was shocked with a stun gun died after choking on a large bag of marijuana during an attempted arrest.
According to The News Herald, Andrew Grande ran from deputies who responded to the scene of a reported physical disturbance early Friday morning. Grande was later confronted by the investigators, who saw him try to put something in his mouth while he struggled with them.
Grande broke free from the deputies, who had managed to put one handcuff over his wrist. Authorities then used the stun gun. (H/T – FOXNews)
One has to wonder if his life was worth a bag of weed. Okay, maybe if it was some Jamaican Ganja, but risking your life for some Mexican ditchweed? Pretty freakin’ stupid.

Clady – He thought he could swallow it. That’s happened to me a few times, but the toads usually try to swallow crack or heroin.
