The Governator Sticks It To The Legislature

This Ain’t Hell had this story from the San Francisco Bay Guardian, which appears to be a coded message to the Kal-E-For-Nee-Ah legislature:
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger vetoed a bill his legislature sent for his signature. According to the SFBG, he sent along this message;
The real message is the first letter of each line. I don’t know if it’s true, but the SFBG seems outraged enough for it to be true. (H/T – This Ain’t Hell)
If this is a fake, it’s pretty funny. If this is the real thing, it is a thousand times funnier than Jingle All the Way!

This letter really is priceless.
After applying a code analysis program to the remainder of the letter, the alogrithm is beyond the scope of this comment to explain of course, I also found more coded messages contained within the body of the letter. Some of them are below:
Eat **** and die!
You Lousy Rat Bastards!
Your Mama!
Go To Hell!
Hey! San Fran! Broken Arrow with detonation in 7..6..
Just to give you apoplexy..Sarah Palin! Sarah Palin!

I also found a rather cryptic religious allusion…

Ah-nold never struck me as being that clever — but if this is legit, then good for him! The Kali legislature may be one of the few (along with PA’s and Philly City Council) legislative bodies more worthless than Congress.
