Pam Anderson: “Dogs Cannot Use Condoms”

Yet another wisdom nugget from a vapid Hollywood whore.
MUMBAI – US actress Pamela Anderson has appealed to the authorities in India’s financial capital Mumbai not to put down nuisance stray dogs, instead calling for them to be sterilised.
“It is well established that killing stray dogs is not a permanent solution to controlling their populations,” the former “Baywatch” star said in a letter to the municipal commission of Greater Mumbai.
“Dogs cannot use condoms, but with the municipality’s help, they can be ‘fixed’ — painlessly, quickly and permanently,” she added in the letter made public by activist group the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). (H/T – AFP)
The irony in this story is that if Pam made Tommy Lee use a condom, she wouldn’t have contracted Hepatitis C.
I’m just sayin’.

Gee, no kidding, dogs can’t use condoms! Maybe somebody should tell her that dogs know when to “play around” and when not to, unlike some “rational” people.
But she voted for Obama, so how dumb can she really be?

The humour is cool. But so is the point – why don’t authorities put down stray ppl – I mean the same logic should be good their too, (more so in Mumbai, India – than anywhere else – they were way past 100million mark like 2 years ago!!! Right! ? The fewer people on the streets, the fewer baby-giving-factories (read : fewer females between 13 to 45 who pump out yet another bastard every ten months) fewer the number of rodent like human pests
