Maxim Model Monica Hansen Is A Boob
By Wyatt Earp | January 26, 2009
And apparently, she is very protective of hers.
Just because you give a girl implants doesn’t mean you can do with them as you please … assuming, of course, she had a boob job.
Hot Maxim cover girl Monica Hansen is suing a plastic surgeon for using pictures of her to advertise on his website. According to the lawsuit, Hansen claims her doc, Dr. Leonard M. Hochstein, splashed pictures of her all across his website without her permission.
We did a quick check of his site, www.lhochsteinmd.com … no pictures of Hansen in sight anymore. (H/T - TMZ)
In my opinion - a valued opinion of a professional police detective - Hansen had a boob job, but doesn’t want it getting out. “It” being the news, not her breasts. So, she notifies the media and files a lawsuit to cover her tracks - and scar tissue. It’s a shame, because Hansen is a beautiful girl who has some issues about her medical history.
The lady doth protest too much, methink.

I’m all for seeing boobs on the internet, but there’s plenty of places to go to see them. Just cause the doc did the job doesn’t give him the right to paste the pictures on the internet.
Not that anyone would wanna look, but that’d be like the urologist putting a picture of your sack up on the web so future customers could see how well he did the vasectomy.

Hey, he’s getting the benefit from something she paid for. She at least needs some compensation if he’s gonna trade on her good, um, name.

Do you really expect a Maxim model to have common sense? There is a reason pictures don’t talk.

Actually urology modeling pays quite handsomely. As a member of U.M.A. please understand the hard work involved in our profession to bring you the latest in urological images.

In the considered opinion of a cynic, she wants as much as possible to get out - it’s called PUBLICITY. Who would even know or care about her without an “angle”.

P.S.
Can one use a /cynic tag?

Wouldn’t “I get to use pics of my work on you in my portfolio” one of the things signed-off before the op?

Vincent - The last thing I want to think about is a picture of your sack. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I am going to go vomit.
Doghouse - I’m glad you wrote “name,” instead of “hot bod.”
Admiral - Good point. She doesn’t look like a Rhodes Scholar.
Rex - I wish someone asked me to model after my vasectomy. I could use the cash.
Alan B - If her angle was making a pass at a highly successful Philly police detective, I’d be all for it!
Tom - I would think so. If not, the surgeon should be ashamed of himself.

Monica Hanson has filed suit against Dr. Hochstein in an effort to prevent him from using her name, and image without her permission to promote his plastic surgery business. Monica Hanson has spent her lifetime building a reputation and career as a well respected and greatly sought after professional model. Ms. Hanson earns a living by endorsing products and companies that she highly regards. Ms. Hanson zealously protects and defends her name and image from being used for any purpose without her consent, and especially when it is being used to promote businesses that Ms. Hanson does not support. Ms. Hanson’s lawsuit seeks to have Dr. Hochstein return any ill gotten gains he has received as a result of the use of her name and image. Dr. Hochstein does not, nor has he ever, obtained Ms. Hanson’s consent to use her name or image on his website. In fact Dr. Hochstein has used copyrighted images of Ms. Hanson without obtaining the copyright holder’s permission. Ms. Hanson has hired the law firm of Hall and Lim of Beverly Hills, California to pursue her claims against Dr. Hochstein

Tim - Judging by your comments, you must know a lot about the case. Unfortunately, you don’t know how to spell Monica’s surname. It’s H-A-N-S-E-N.
Oh, and according to your argument, Monica did have plastic surgery. Thank you for clearing that up.
