Stupid Movie Questions

By Wyatt Earp | July 1, 2006

In the original Superman, what would happen to a woman giving birth just as Superman was reversing the Earth’s rotation?

In Batman and Spider-man 2, what’s the point of wearing a costume if you are revealing your identity to girlfriends, family, and all of the occupants of an elevated train?

In Return of the Jedi, wouldn’t it make more sense for Luke and Leia to fly their speeder bikes above the trees of Endor, instead of risking their lives trying to fly between them?

Feel free to add your own in the comments section.

As an expert in all intergalactic affairs I think I can answer these questions.

    1. The baby would go back in, and then pop right back out. In an interesting anomaly of temporal mechanics, 25% will be immortal, 55% will live normal lives, and 20% will be permanently brain damaged and vote Democrat.

    2. Let’s just say the superheroes like the feel of those tights. Rumour has it that the Flash has begun wearing buttless chaps.

    3. If they flew above the trees the low orbit patrol Tie Fighters would’ve gotten a target lock on them. Sheesh, dontcha know nuttin?

I hope my infinite intergalactic wisdom has helped.

I would like to know why anti-tamper devices on bombs only make the timer speed up instead of just instantly blowing up?

Did you happen to notice the size of the trees on Endor? You can’t get a Speeder Bike that high…

    Duh…
