Luckily for him, a group of other pork products were in the area, trying to catch the pesky porker. You know, I’ve made the local news once or twice in my career – mostly in background footage. For this story, I’d pass.
A pig led police on a chase through a south Phoenix neighborhood Thursday. The pig escaped in a neighborhood near 19th Avenue and Roeser. Police followed the animal by car and on foot, even trying to round him up with a lasso. And it was all caught on tape.
This pig really gave officers a run for their money today, proving to be very elusive as they tried to pin down this porker. It’s a hot pursuit like we’ve never seen before.
Police scanner: “Hey Mike, do you think you can go on the east side and block the alley, he outsmarted us and already went out the gate⦔ (H/T – Smite)
