If You’re Angry And You Know It, Slap A Man

Emperor Palpatine Release Your Anger

This story is for all you morons who told me that I have anger issues. Well, the pinheads at the University of Jena (Malone?) beg to differ. So frak you and everyone who looks like you!!!

If you’re angry, for the benefit of your health, you need to let it all out, according to a new study that revealed that being hot-tempered and expressing your anger could be a key to enjoying a long and healthy life.

Researchers Marcus Mund and Kristin Mitte at the University of Jena in Germany claim that the latest findings may explain why the hotheaded Italians and Spanish live almost two years longer than the cool English who “keep calm and carry on”.

They found that exhibiting self-restraint and holding back negative emotions could have serious repercussions for a person’s physical and mental well-being.

Sadly they said nothing of releasing your emotions with a 2×4 to some jackass’s skull.

Wow! I just knew that driving your enemies before you and listening to the lamentations of their women was the right thing to do!

    Wyatt:
I HAVE heard that being SHORT-TEMPERED can actually add YEARS to one’s life.
Hell, I”d take short-tempered Any GeeDee day, so those effin’ peeps can just P-off!
(and I’m sure you would agree…besides, sometimes, some jack-hole can BENEFIT from a “wood-shampoo”)
    ;)

    Roll safe out there.

I find a 2X4 too unwieldy. I prefer an axe handle. Seriously, I am going to have to work on not keeping things in and just letting them out.

Jon – In this Christmas season, I am trying to bring crucifixion back!

Dr. Evil – Kneel before Dr. Evil!

Bob G. – Soap bar beatings for everyone.

    Robert B. – F** k you! (Just kidding.)

Careful, Mate. Did you get the video of me at work when I got frustrated? Heh.

      Roll safe. Happy New Year….

I don’t have any problem at all with a well-directed fit of temper. its the a$$holes who take it out on people who can’t defend themselves that I do have a problem with. Ripping a strip off your server at a coffee shop is unacceptable, and its one of those few things that always lights me up enough to display my own short fuse.
So what you’re saying is that those a$$holes may help me to live a longer and healthier life, I suppose I should thank them after I help them level their own moods then!

RD – The people who go after wait staff, retail clerks, etc, should be beaten half to death with a clothes hanger. They know they can’t fight back – or risk being fired – so they attack at will. It’s despicable.
