Redefining The Bump-And-Run

In the fast-paced, uber-specialized NFL, the competition is stiff; and players will do anything to get ahead of their opponents.

When asked about Adderall, which is being blamed for a rising number of PED suspensions in the NFL, [Bears wide receiver Brandon] Marshall had an interesting response.

“I don’t know too much about Adderall,” Marshall said during his weekly press conference. “I know guys, it is such a competitive league, guys try anything just to get that edge. I’m fortunate enough to be blessed with size and some smarts to give me my edge. But some guys, they’ll do whatever they can to get an edge. I’ve heard of some crazy stories. I’ve heard (of) guys using like Viagra, seriously. Because the blood is supposedly thin, some crazy stuff.”

Great, the wide receivers will have an edge now, what with that extra arm and all.

And to think the NFL used to piss a fit at Oakland Raider receiver FRED BILETNIKOFF for putting “stickum” on his gloves…
    We sure have “evolved”.

    Stay safe
