Catherine Zeta-Jones: Crazy Hot

By Wyatt Earp | April 17, 2011

But mostly crazy.

Catherine Zeta-Jones checked into a rehab facility earlier this month to seek treatment for Bipolar Disorder, her rep has confirmed.

“After dealing with the stress of the past year, Catherine made the decision to check in to a mental health facility to treat her Bipolar II Disorder,” her rep added. “She’s feeling great and looking forward to starting work this week on her two upcoming films.”

The first sign that this broad was nuts was her marriage to Michael Douglas.

The neat thing about being schitzophrenic is the ability of having meaningful discussions with yourself.

(Hey, I was about to say that!)

Wonder what kind of “rehab” facility you check into for bipolar disorder?
I always thought that rehab was for like, drugs and alcohol and other addictions.

Back during the Super Bowl, it was noted that “Catherine Zeta Jones was first attracted to the Green Bay Packers because of the cheese heads”.

I thought that was why she married Michael Douglas! The picture above looked familiar. I noticed someone must have photoshopped the cheese head out of it!

The original can be found here.

Oh, and just for the record, crazy or not, I wouldn’t kick her out of bed for eating crackers! (Or being crackers!) Just sayin’!

Danny – Crazy like a real estate agent, then.

Robert B. – Don’t think we don’t have a lot of people her who are a little “touched.”

Real – They slap you in the face and say, “Snap out of it!”

Proof – Damn, I was gonna strip-search her to find it!

She married a dude way older than her with a pisspot full of money. Here in LA, that’s summa cum laude smarts… plus she’s doing the whole love, honor and respect thing, which is a little weird, but we tolerate it.

Damn they are still perky at her age! Must come from being tense and paranoid all the time.

Damn it, I’ve got another “serious” comment, instead of my usual retarded blather.

I’ve known several people who were manic-depressive. And I was arround them when the illness first “switched on” for want of a better term.

And brother, when I say it switched on, I mean it was like watching the nitrous oxide from a top fuel dragster start to flow into your standard stock motor of a Ford Festiva.

And when it shut them down, they shut down. Waaaaay down.

And yeah, in the end, they ended up being involuntarily committed.

It was disturbing to watch. Someone who had been normal and cool and had a human personality… and then they didn’t.

When they were manic, they were unstoppable. Couldn’t be reasoned with.

And when they were depressed, they crashed hard.

I mean, we have our minds, our personalities, our lives, our souls. And it takes our entire lives to create them.

And then one “switch” in your brain flips, a certain chemical starts getting dumped, and all of that goes away.

Lithium worked on one of them.

So one chemical took her away. And the other brought her back.

And in the end, you wonder. Are you really who you are? A person? A personality? Or are all your thoughts and feelings just the result of a certain mix of chemicals and biomechanical pathways?

So tell me, are the “Hollywood” types more prone to this type of thing because they portray other people/personalities constantly, or is it just because the media has to tell us every time they do something?

I mean, I don’t care if some star gets married, divorced, or breaks wind, why does the media have to beat us over the head with it all the time?

Had a very good friend who took Lithium he was fine, and then he stopped taking it, very tragic he stuck a 12 bore in his mouth and blew his brains out.
