A Weekend Duct Tape Advisory

By Wyatt Earp | October 2, 2010

It seems that a few Mexican mayors are upset that we are deporting their criminals back to their safe, family-friendly towns. Just when you thought Mexico couldn’t have more gall, BAM!, they outdo themselves yet again!

A coalition of Mexican mayors has asked the United States to stop deporting illegal immigrants who have been convicted of serious crimes in the U.S. to Mexican border cities, saying the deportations are contributing to Mexican border violence, FOXNews.com reported Wednesday.

Ciudad Juarez Mayor Jose Reyes blamed U.S. deportation policy for contributing to his city’s violence, saying that of the 80,000 people deported to Juarez in the past three years, 28,000 had U.S. criminal records — including 7,000 convicted rapists and 2,000 convicted murderers. Reyes and the other Mexican mayors said that when the U.S. deports criminals back to Mexico, it should fly them to their hometowns, not just bus them to the border.

Oh sure, while we’re at it, we’ll give them manicures and pedicures, too! I’m not sure how to say “Frak you!” in Spanish, but I think it would be appropriate in this case.

If mexico would impose the death penalty for murderers instead of lletting them go to El Norte, then maybe our crime rates would decrease…. and we wouldn’t have to deport so many criminals back to them. Sooooo funny they are quick to condem Arizona for wanting to inforce our immigration laws, yet their own laws are more restrictive and the punishments more severe. They sound like a bunch of democrats: Good for thee but not for me.

Return them business class with beds, hookers, chalupas, and Cabo Wabo tequila. Why not? We’re providing their quasi law abiding relatives with healthcare, food, and education.

Another thought, we could fly them, however, the plane should not land in Mexico. Here’s a Mexican made parachute, vaya con Dios!

Maybe obambi can schedule an apology tour of the mexican border towns.

“…it should fly them to their hometowns…”

    Yeah?

Well who’s going to pay for retro-fitting the B52 with seats in the bomb-bay?

The funny part is that mexican LEOs have “shoot on sight” orders for anyone trying to cross THEIR southern border.

I think we should do it. Dropping illegal immigrants off at the border just makes it easier for them to sneak back in. It’s better to fly them into the interior. Then present the Mexican government with a bill for the difference between the plane ride and the bus ride.

I think we should bus them to the bottom of the ocean. Problem solved.

How about a giant trebuchet? We can “deport” them right over the border towns and deposit them farther away from us.

F’em…. “safe, family oriented towns” my ass…

Actually, if Kaveman is correct and Mexico shoots anyone crossing their southern border, then I think we should go the extra step and drop them just over the border in Guatemala. It would likely decrease the number who return directly here. Who cares if they’re not Guatemalan? They speak Spanish, don’t they?

I thought we were deporting a bunch of them to Mexico City so that it was harder for them to come back across. Maybe it is only a small percentage of the total though. If they are criminals, you would think the Mexican authorities would arrest them as they got off the bus. I guess it is like my town, it is much easier to arrest drunk college kids than real criminals.

    RT – Sounds correct.

Robert B – I say we follow Beck’s plan. Let them all come here, and we’ll relocate to Mexico and take over their white, sandy beaches.

Mrs. Crankipants – Mexican parachutes. The utmost in 18th century quality control.

    Jon – Don’t think that isn’t coming.

    Vince – Cut. Jib. Newsletter.

Kaveman – And their scumbag president criticizes Arizona’s enforcement.

Jeff – Not bad, and it’s a moneymaker.

DL474 – Life under the sea. Just like in The Little Mermaid.

RAPH – I think I’ve seen that one before.

Lou – Oh, I am so in!

Old NFO – Safe for the drug dealers, they mean.

K – Hell, let’s ship them to Peru then!

Ingineer66 – Exactly. They have no desire to arrest their criminals.

[...] Amazing how every problem they have in Mexico can be so easily blamed on our domestic polices. We send people back when they are here illegally and we allow our citizens to protect their lives with arms, so clearly, we’re to blame for Mexican violence. What would happen if their government would look at who is really to blame? You know, those actually committing the violence with illegally obtained weapons. Via Wyatt. [...]
