Mexican Clown Arrested For Sexual Assault

I guess he misinterpreted the phrase, “F**k me silly.”
A Mexican street clown – arrested in full face paint – was booked Wednesday on a sexual assault charge. Pedro Artega Velazquez, 53, was juggling on a Juarez street corner when collared by cops in connection with the alleged assault of his teenage stepdaughter. Velazquez posed for the below mug shot, which was released by the Chihuahua state attorney general’s office (along with a press release, in Spanish, about the case).
It’s gonna be great when this scrote is sharing a bunk with a man who wants to show him his “joy buzzer” and his “squirting flower.”

Hi again. I just wanted to point out that I was not making generalizations about officers having contempt for citizens. I was merely describing the behavior of alot of the police officers I’ve personally interacted with. I’ve also met officers that are very friendly. I can see how dealing with the scum of society every day can make someone very cynical. I was not looking for an argument. I just wanted some of you guys’ insight on this subject, which you guys gave me. I guess sometimes it’s impossible to be friendly when you have to constantly worry about someone pulling a weapon or doing something crazy.

Wow….I’m surpised there’s any cops left in Juarez- also affectionately known as the murder capital of the world….with the cartels adding to that dubious distinction by directly reducing the manpower of local law-enforcement there.
