Even Cowboys Get The Flus

By Wyatt Earp | May 29, 2010

Sick as a dog today. I battled a fever of 103 all night, had to call in sick for work today – ruining this year’s perfect attendance – and now I am so weak that I can’t lift my Gatorade bottle. So, I’m gonna be a lazy poster for the time being. Enjoy!

I just thought this was funny.

I hope you feel better soon. And consider a straw for the Gatorade…

RT – Working on it. The 13 hours of sleep I had last night helped.

CM – The missus should feed it to me like a scantily-clad Roman slave, but I don’t think she’ll go for that.

Feed a cold, starve a fever, beat the cr out of the flu!
Hope you get feeling better soon!

Proof – Thanks. It’s not actually the flu, it’s cellulitis. Been battling the virus off and on for a few years, and the last two times I had it, I ended up in the hospital. Shouldn’t get that bad this time, but I’m still exhausted.

You’re lucky she doesn’t pour it over your head. Just sayin’.

CM – At least that would have eased the fever.
