The Best Article You Will Read All Day
By Wyatt Earp | November 14, 2009

When you read it, take note of the blog and its title. Honesty like this in our politically fractured country is refreshing to say the least. It could not have been easy for them, but I applaud them for it.
We know absolutely no one in Bush family circles and have never met former President George W. Bush or his wife Laura.
If you have been reading us for any length of time, you know that we used to make fun of “Dubya” nearly every day…parroting the same comedic bits we heard in our Democrat circles, where Bush is still, to this day, lampooned as a chimp, a bumbling idiot, and a poor, clumsy public speaker.
Oh, how we RAILED against Bush in 2000…and how we RAILED against the surge in support Bush received post-9/11 when he went to Ground Zero and stood there with his bullhorn in the ruins on that hideous day.
We were convinced that ANYONE who was president would have done what Bush did, and would have set that right tone of leadership in the wake of that disaster. President Gore, President Perot, President Nader, you name it. ANYONE, we assumed, would have filled that role perfectly. (H/T – HillBuzz)
Trust me. Read the rest of this amazing post.

I miss him already!
Then again, I have to give 0bama credit. I didn’t think it was possible for me to miss William Jefferson Clinton, but not even a year in to 0bama’s term,,,,,here I am nostalgic for slick Willie.

That was awesome! I put up a permanent link to their site on my blog. It gives me hope that there are people on both sides of the political spectrum that can come together and eventually vote this current moron out of office.

They truly were (and still are after) a class act, with respect for the Office, our country and the men/women that defend it.
It’s something not really seen since the late 80’s (and some moments under his dad too.)

Teetop – I agree 100%.
Fenway Nation – I voted for him in 1992, and would have more respect for him without all of the perjury stuff.
Sully – You’re welcome.
DL474 – I always thought Hillary would have been the better choice than Obama, and I was never a big fan of her.
Smite – He has always shown genuine concern for the troops, and would never let the Afghanistan request go on this long, while the fighting is continuing.

WOW! I was just so encouraged by the tone and honesty.
Thanks for posting this, Wyatt. I’m glad I read it, too, because I literally just saw the picture of Obama bowing submissively to the emperor of Japan. (In need of duct tape for that.)

My grandniece was raped and killed. Her mother joined several groups advocating for parents with children who were killed. At several meetings, the President met with the group and would hug and pray with my niece. You don’t have to agree with W (43) but you damn sure need to know he is one of the most decent and caring people anwhere. MUD

RT – It’s not the first time he bowed to a foreign leader. Someone at the State Department needs to teach the man some protocol.
tjbbpgobIII – Not too good.
MUD – I agree wholeheartedly. The man is definitely one of the good guys.

Gives us hope! It’s all about 2010 people! We need to get involved and get the right information out there!!
