Racist Obama “Czar” Resigns
By Wyatt Earp | September 7, 2009
So, what do you think was the final straw? Was it because Van Jones – Obama’s “Special Advisor for Green Jobs at the Council on Environmental Quality” – is a racist? He stated that “you’ve never seen a Columbine done by a black child . . .” No, those are reserved for “suburban white kids.” Of course, with the American double-standard, you cannot label an African-American man a racist – unless he’s a Republican.
Or maybe it was because he is a supporter of cop killer Mumia abu Jamal? Nah, that can’t be it, because plenty of people think that thug was framed by the racist “po-po.”
Or maybe it is because Jones signed a petition claiming that President Bush was behind the 9-11 attacks? Eh, lots of liberal idiots believe that nonsense.
The reason is probably a combination of the three, and his public labeling of Repbulicans as “a**holes” didn’t do him any favors, either. The good news is that he’s now gone. Allahpundit has all of the juicy details.
How I like to imagine Obama broke the news: “Let me be clear: Pack your sh*t.”
In a letter released just after midnight Saturday, Van Jones, President Obama’s Special Advisor for Green Jobs at the Council on Environmental Quality resigned.
“On the eve of historic fights for health care and clean energy, opponents of reform have mounted a vicious smear campaign against me,” Jones wrote. “They are using lies and distortions to distract and divide.”
Vicious smear campaign? Um, not so much. In fact, most pundits and commentators simply broadcast Jones’ own words and let the public decide. The verdict? “Racist moron.”
Jones said that he had “been inundated with calls – from across the political spectrum – urging me to “stay and fight. But I came here to fight for others, not for myself. I cannot in good conscience ask my colleagues to expend precious time and energy defending or explaining my past. We need all hands on deck, fighting for the future.”
Yeah, because his colleagues would be trying to ’splain his past for a decade.
In this case, the “vicious smear campaign” consisted of (a) accurately quoting Jones and (b) citing documents he signed. But no matter. He’s headed for left-wing martyrdom, Trutherism notwithstanding and replete with lies about how Beck supposedly attacked him only after the Color of Change boycott began (wrong) and how the Truther petition itself was credibly challenged by other signatories (wrong twice over.)
Take note of this little information nugget: The resignation was released after midnight on Saturday. Midnight on Saturday . . . on Labor Day weekend. Nothing like trying to bury an embarrassing story about an adviser who in my opinion – considering his words and beliefs – was a despicable human being.
Good riddance to bad rubbish.

The final straw was big oil and big coal wanting to silence any effort to fight global warming. It’s all about the corruption.

He was also a member of a communist organization. Not the kind that we sometimes call communist but actually a communist. These are the kinds of people Obama surrounds himself with. And without Senate oversight since they are Czars not cabinet secretaries.

Libhomo – And I am pretty sure Bush, Cheney, and Halliburton were involved!
Ingineer66 – What better way to bypass a pesky confirmation hearing?

Zombie of Zombietime also has proof of his anti-Semitism.
How many of these scum bags does the zero have to hang with before people get it that the zero believes this crap, as well?
20 years going to that hate church of Rev Wright and he never heard the crap? If you believe that I got a bridge for sale, cheap.

Yochanan – At the very least, the president has terrible judgment concerning the people with whom he surrounds himself. At worst, he knows about their racist, anti-Semitic tendencies . . . and doesn’t care.

A vicious smear campaign? The idiot smeared himself!
Van honey, there’s a little thing called “discretion”, you might want to try it sometime-it’s nice.

That’s what liberals say whenever you quote them correctly.

One czar down, 29 to go.

Hounded out of office by a pack of jackals, Van?

Proof – And the quotes are easily verified, thanks to the Internet.
Memaw – Hopefully, we’ll get a domino effect.
Lergnom – Thrown under the bus is more like it.

Hey, Wyatt…how do you think the tool on in the morning on 1210AM handled this Van Jones thing…he votes for Obama, is supposedly friends with Glenn Beck and has been very supportive of Maureen Faulkner…has the tool realized what a mess he’s made?
September 8th, 2009 at 9:51 am
First – he is not Obama. He is President Obama. Lets be clear about this. The fight was fought and he won, and
he remains the President, and he will be the President- so suck it up and move on. All the smears could not hold him down, so keep on trying my friend- you lost the battle and is going to lose again.

It’s the same analogy as the old lawyer joke….Van Jones’ firing is “a good start”. Let’s get the rest of those hell hounds out of there.

JAS – Not at all. Let me ’splain the thinking of 1210AM’s Tool in the Morning. He is an egomaniac that has always wanted a national radio audience. He believes that is he tries to go “moderate,” he will get his wish, so he dumps on Bush and McCain and hops aboard the Obama train. The next thing you know, he is being simulcast in D.C. Make no mistake: The Tool drinks the Kool-Aid. My problem with him is that he turned his back on the conservative audience that made him what he was without an explanation on why he did what he did.
(And I have always believed that he was supporting the Faulkner family for his purposes, not Maureen’s.)
Sandra – Speaking of tools . . . welcome aboard! First of all, I usually address him as President Obama, but since you have never read even one post here, your puny brain couldn’t comprehend that. Second, Obama appointed Van Jones, despite his despicable racist views. And he appointed Jones without vetting him or making him fill out the White House questionnaire demanded of all appointees. And finally . . . how many times did you refer to President Bush as such, instead of”Bush” or “Satan?” I’m guessing none. Now, go back under your bridge, you troll.
MeToo – Never happen, but it would be nice.

After many years of laws created by government officials providing special treatment and special rights for specific people in America one of many outcomes is a somewhat behind the scenes racial divide. This racist hate is starting to show its ugly face at the top of every level of American life especially within the Federal Government.

You’re cute when you’re cranky!
September 8th, 2009 at 8:19 pm
Elrickshark – You should try working in the Philly Police Department for a day or two. The racial divide doesn’t get any larger for some of my co-workers.
Mrs. Crankipants – I swear to God, woman . . .

Sounds a little like a certain unnamed blog I used to frequent until about eight months ago. A place I know you’ve visited also.

I think unfortunately, those are just two of the many examples that have cropped up the past year or so.

How did this take so long? Can you imagine if Tom Ridge, or somebody else working for President Bush had said something about how blacks ruin neighborhoods?
