I recently restarted the battle of the bulge.
I have lost 18.5 lbs. I can not walk much due to a bad hip. Think needs replaced. So I know you can do it.

5’9″ and 230. The only time in my adult life I was under 200, I worked at FedEx unloading trucks for 3 months and lost 40 lbs.

You’ll pull the Miller Lite and bacon cheeseburger from my cold dead hands!! Whoa, after thinking about that last sentence, it is a very real possiblity.

Wimp! 5’8″ and 220 I have been doing some Enduro Riding (dirt bikes) and figure I will lose some weight when I knock a limb off or something. Took a big splat today in some sand whoops! Good Luck, and after Disney with the Kid, I think I will start biking also. Keep it up, love the site, although the Chick Pics have been a little light lately
