Five Remaining “Jena Six” Plead No Contest

Remember this case? Six black males were charged with the attempted murder of a classmate, Justin Barker. After the attack, the “Jena Six” claimed Barker was beaten because he shouted racial epithets at them.
Because, you know, that would totally justify attempted murder, right?
Guess who the media and the race-baiters believed? Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and the rest of their mongrel horde descended upon Jena, Louisiana in the hopes of blaming the victim. It was working, too, until one of their “folk heroes,” Mychal Bell, pleaded guilty to assault. The other five . . ?
Five of the six black high school students charged with attempted murder in 2006 for allegedly beating a white classmate pleaded no contest in a Louisiana court Friday, closing the book on a racially charged case.
The men agreed to plea deals that settled lawsuits filed against them by Justin Barker and his family the year after the December 4, 2006, incident in the town of Jena, population 3,000. The case was referred to as the “Jena Six.”
So, the bastards were guilty all along. Wow, what an absolute and utter shock!
The sixth defendant, Mychal Bell, pleaded guilty in December 2007 to a misdemeanor second-degree battery charge and was sentenced to 18 months in jail.
Not to worry, though: Bell will come out of prison completely rehabilitated. Bawahahahahahaha! Oh, here’s the best part:
At the hearing, attorneys representing the five men read a statement expressing sympathy to the Barkers and acknowledging that Justin Barker did not use a racial slur. They also apologized to the residents of Jena for the uproar caused by the case. (H/T – CNN)
And guess which race-baiting animals were nowhere to be found after the announcement? That’s right, the “Reverend ” Al Sharpton and the “Reverend” Jesse Jackson. I guess they were busy hiding under their rocks.

They are too busy clinging to the Jacksons like the parasites they are, because, you know, the Jacksons aren’t capable of speaking for themselves. (I think they are more than capable and should tell Jackson and Sharpton to go home.)
So, uh…what kind of restitution can Baker expect? Yeah, I hear crickets, too.
I’d like to believe that there’s a special circle in Hell for those who falsely accuse others of racism and inflame racial tensions.

“The severity of the original charges brought widespread criticism and eventually led more than 20,000 people to converge in September 2007 on the tiny town of Jena for a major civil rights march. Some $275,000 was raised to hire a large defense team for the six, said Beard’s attorney, David Utter.”
Wouldn’t $275,000 be better spent on sending law abiding high school seniors to college?
“Everybody pointed a finger at Jena during this, but this happens to African-American males across the country,” Utter said. “These young men were lucky that people cared and donated money so they could afford good attorneys. That made the difference.”
What happens to African American males across the country? They get thrown in jail for no reason whatsoever? And the reason these animals got away with attempted murder is because idiots raised money for expensive, bottom feeding lawyers?
As for Jackson & Sharpton, those two are the scum of the earth.
Hand me the duct tape please.
If those had been 6 white kids who beat up a black one, any guess what the sentence would have been? They would have been screaming for the death penalty or as close to it as they could get. With a hate crime enhancer on it for good measure. As for Sharpton and Jackson, they need to take a longggg walk off a short pier, and forget how to swim. They can go preach to the fish.
The charge is attempted murder and one of them gets 18 months and the others are still bargaining.
What is wrong with them facing trial? If they are guilty, give them the appropriate jail time for their offense – by the sound of it a serious one. Combined with huge waste of police and court time.
Face it. Blacks can commit crime (not all do). Whites can commit crime (not all do). Koreans can commit crime (not all do). It has something to do with the fact they are human beings!!
Get a system together to deal with those who commit crime, regardless of race! And then apply it without fear or favour.
Stop mucking around!!
