This guy Rubin is supposed to be a debt expert meaning he would help the state get the best loan deals.

But Interest expense on state debt has increased to $905 Million per year under Fat Eddie. It was $349 Million in Tom Ridge’s last year.

So a fair person might say Fat Eddie has really screwed up the state’s long-term debt.
