Yep, I’m An Idiot
By Wyatt Earp | December 14, 2008
Although, I never really needed a quiz to tell me so.
You’re Kind of Stupid |
You got 8/10 questions right! There’s some things most people know… except for you. |
Are You Stupid?
I would love to have a great excuse for my piss-poor performance, but I’m too stupid to think of one.
Oooh look! Shiny things!

You Are Not Stupid
You got 10/10 questions right!
While acing this quiz doesn’t prove you’re a genius, you’re at least pretty darn smart.
No art questions on this one

E.L. - I was wishing for art questions. maybe I wouldn’t seem like such a dumbass.

I’ll bet you got #5 wrong & possibly #1….dummy.

Randal - Correctamundo! That’ll learn me for taking Math for Social Science majors.

Friggin’ math! That’s all I’m saying! Grrrrr……..

Yeah I’m stupid too. %&@$ math! Give me some words and I’ll kick butt!

Guess what?
This Englishman actually knew the capital of New York was Albany. I am proud of myself.
Pity I forgot to subtract Feruary as well as the 30 day months!!

wrt the donut question. I would guess that the trading standards people over here would try to prosecute you if you tried to claim that a baker’s dozen was 13.
I thought it might be a trick question but, no, common sense triumphed over governement interference. Shows it could have been an American quiz…
Presumably, everyone knows where it came from?

RT - Me no likey mathy.
Ky person - Yeah, I can handle English. Math makes my brain hurt.
Alan B - A lot of people don’t know about Albany. Kudos!
Doghouse - Good call.

Hi, my name is Morgan and I’m a little stupid! Got 9 of 10 right, and I’m 100% sure I got the first question wrong. At least I didn’t have to say I’m not smarter than a 5th grader.
December 15th, 2008 at 6:47 pm
Math is certainly a weak spot for me, but I am curious what kind of people knew how to answer #1 without looking it up.
Students or people who use math for their work?
Or do some of you just remember this kind of from way back when?

Pythagorean Theorem Danny, for a right triangle its
a*2 + b*2 = c*2 so if a =3 and b=4 then 3*2 =9 and 4*2 =16, 9 + 16 = 25 and sqrt (25) =5. If its not a right triangle you need to break it down into right triangles to figure out each side, or if you have an angle can use :sine, cosine or tangent etc. Just be glad they didn’t use polar coordinates.
math, a little physics and a Speer manual and you can hit anything:) LOL

I took algebra, geometry, and trigonometry for fun. The math questions were the easy ones.

Gaaaakkk! I read the headlines too fast. First I saw “Philly Officer Accused of Sexual Assault” and then saw the title “Yep, I’m an Idiot.” My stomach did a little flip before I realized that these were two different articles and not connected. LOL Whew…had me worried there for a second.

10 out of 10.
But it’s kind of a stupid test, since the “right” answer to the first question is wrong. The third side is 5 only if it’s a right triangle, which was not specified.
Otherwise, that third side could fall anywhere between 1 and 7, exclusive.

Give that man a medal - if he hasn’t already got one!
I guess it is the quiz setter who is the stupid one. I tried putting in “6″ which is a correct answer but was marked wrong.

Morgan/Danny - Question #1 is a bone of contention. We’ll double-key it.
Jon - My brain hurts.
E.L. - Eww! NERD!
W.M. - After four kids, I just don’t have the energy. Believe me.
RFTR/Alan - Again, let’s double-key it! Lousy internet quiz!

10/10…the kicker is the 20 DIVIDED by 1/2 question,…
