Barack Obama: The One

By Wyatt Earp | August 1, 2008

Okay, this may be the funniest political campaign ad in American history . . .

(H/TUSA Admiral)

Okay, it is also truly frightening, but hysterical nonetheless.

Yes but will the liberals get it?

All I would have added was one of those clips of Larry Fishburne, as Morphius, with those cool Matrix glasses, calling him ‘The One’.

The metaphorical attachment to a completely computer generated reality would have been glorious.

Have you taken the blue Barack pill?

There’s a blue pill associated with Obama? No wonder Matthews gets tingles up his leg.

    That is a great commercial.

Admiral – It’s about time McCain did some of the attacking, instead of sitting like a bump on a log.

    Leoni2 – I figured you meant “funny.”

    Momster – Probably not.

Insol – Don’t worry. I’ll bet that video will be out soon enough.

RT – Chris Matthews = Tool.

    Sssteve – About damned time.

    RFTR – Nice!

    Confession time.
As much as I am a pro gun rights person, I confess to being an Obama supporter.

Not because of Obama’s gun stances, but despite them.
Given the last 7 years of failed leadership and lies, just how could I support John McCain?
Sure, the McCain of 2000 offered different policies, but the 2008 McCain has fucking earned the ‘McSame’ nickname.

FWIW, I remain a very strong ‘paleocon’, but IMHO it’s sad that the Democrats seem more committed to balanced budgets and fiscal sanity than the Republicans do.

IMHO, it’s simply insane to propose even more tax cuts during both wartime and while in the midst of an economic downturn.

Glocksman – Democrats are not more committed to balancing the budget, they still want provide everything and do it by taking more of my money.

Glocksman – Your choice. I think it is a wrong one, since he was voted the most radical senator in the country, but everyone’s entitled to their opinion.

Jim – It’s hard to read what he wants to do, because he changes positions more than John Kerry.

my first thought was, who the hell does he think he is? Then I realised, “Jesus!” He think he truely is Jesus Christ.

Glockman: I honestly think you need to re evaluate your choice, but you are entitled to it, none the less, and I for one am not voting mccaine either. I honestly think deep down in side you are stuck for a choice as are most of us and yes, how do you think they are going to balance the budget? By taking more out of our back pockets! It certainly isnt because they are going to stop Pork spending and special interest earmarks. Anyway, the last thing I need is to start a political debate, which is something I am not seeing much of between the two choices we have… It seems people are so fed up they are sending Glen Beck pitchforks!
