I'm pretty sure the survivability rate of plane crashes to rail crashes is vastly different. Plus, on a train you're not usually controlled crashing into the ground at 150mph or falling out of the sky from 35k feet at terminal velocity. Don't take it as doctrine, because it's a fuzzy memory from a class I took over 12 years ago, and I've had a brain injury since then. (G) That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
