It doesn’t sound like she gives much thought to the whole “relationship” thing.

A wise friend once told me (in describing the dynamics of repeated domestic violence) that some people like to hit and other like to get hit. While we don’t necessarily understand or subscribe to their way of life, it’s just the way they are.

I’ve never hit, choked, kicked, punched, or shaken a woman. But I have been pushed to the brink (by a woman who I refer to as my first ex wife).

My current relationship has never even broached the threshold of violence. I chose wisely this time.

It could be that these two knuckleheads are made for one another.
