Your Weekly Fat Stat Update

Cripes, this weight loss thing is going much slower than I expected. However, since I am making progress, I reckon I can’t complain. Two more pounds flew off in the last week, and I am currently sitting at a (still rotund) 224 – eight pounds less than when I started.
At this rate, I’ll be under 200 in, oh, 2045!
Here’s the new numbers: Ht: 5’9″, Wt: 224, Waist Size: 38.

Maybe you need to switch to skim milk stout.

You could always speed up the theadmill–if you’re using it! What about hand weights? Important thing is to keep going!

Lin – I’ve moved to jogging on it instead of running. But I need the hands clear to keep Kyle and Erik from jumping on with me.

That projects a funny picture! Have you tried letting them walk on it before or after? Might tire them out!
You’re lucky to have one–if I want to walk, I have to drive to an office park with a man-made lake that has a sidewalk around it and if the geese have been there, tip-toe through their poop! And, of course, I’m at the mercy of the weather!(BTW, I love being there when the geese either leave or arrive. When they get ready to take-off, they all start honking. I guess it’s geese talk for get in line!)
