US Soccer Star Donovan Files For Divorce

That’s a damned shame. I like Landon Donovan, and he’s a terrific player. It was reported that the couple reconciled during the World Cup, but I guess that didn’t last.
Who knows? Maybe he is kicking his balls into someone else’s goal now?
U.S. soccer superstar and World Cup hero Landon Donovan has filed for divorce from his wife Bianca Kajlich; and he filed without a lawyer!
In documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court – and obtained by TMZ – Donovan cited irreconcilable differences. According to the docs, the two had separated back in 2009. Here’s the shocking part – according to the docs, Donovan is seeking spousal support from Bianca … and he also wants her to pay for his attorney’s fees.
Bianca is an actress on the show, “Rules of Engagement.”
You want to see what she looks like, don’t you?

It was news during the World Cup because they were estranged before it, but got back together when the US did better than expected. I have to agree with some of the other commenters this guy looks like he could play for either team.
