LONDON – British model and tabloid favorite Katie Price has married her cage-fighter boyfriend Alex Reid in Las Vegas. The couple says they married Tuesday “in a private, simple ceremony.”
Price — better known as Jordan — began her career as a topless model in The Sun newspaper. Reality TV appearances, product endorsements and high-profile romances have made her one of the most famous women in Britain.
Price and Reid said in a statement Wednesday they were “very much in love.” The statement said their decision to marry had not been made “with any preconceived commercial plan or media deal in place.”
Doubt it and doubt it. Anyone want to place bets on how long this pseudo-celebrity marriage lasts? I give it six months. Place yer bets!
