The pageant was held over the weekend (Miss Russia won it), but I had to point out two contestants who caught my eye.
First is Miss Iceland, Alexandra Helga Ivarsdottir . . .

You just have to love a gal who lists her favorite food as “reindeer steak” so close to Christmas. Heh.
And I couldn’t post about an international beauty pageant without representing my grandparents’ homeland. Here is Miss Slovakia, Edita Kresakova. Yummy!
That should get your Sunday off to a good start.

Ms. Iceland looks nice. Ms Slovakia could stand to eat some bryndzové halušky (or a sandwich or two).

Ruzhyo - Agreed. At least the potatoes would give her some much-needed starches!
