Mob Of 100 Robs People In Philly

By Wyatt Earp | June 29, 2011

Meet Terrance Howard. He is a local thug who likes to rob defenseless women. He’s also a coward, because he robbed the women while surrounded by about 100 of his closest friends. Terrance is part of the problem here in Philly; a problem that is growing more and more violent.

The two young women were sitting at a window table inside the Max Brenner restaurant on 15th Street, near Walnut, sharing chocolate fondue after some shopping. The streets were vibrant. The weather was nice.

“The city had a good vibe,” remembered one of the women, Maria, who requested her full name not be printed. But their night on the town was about to become frightening.

Before we get to the heart of this story, I think it’s safe to say that Philadelphia is officially lost. Please, if you value your safety, stay out of town. Flash mobs are becoming more frequent and much more violent.

Heading their way was a pack of teens roving through Center City after leaving a North Philadelphia music festival. They were part of about 100 or more young people who had left Saturday night’s event, police said, committing a series of violent assaults and robberies, including one against Maria, 25, of North Philadelphia, and her cousin Cecilia, 29, of Havertown.

Let’s not mince words here; most of these violent flash mobs are comprised of young African-Americans. They roam the streets looking for an excuse to rob, beat, and intimidate people. Why? Because they think it’s funny. Just last week, these animals broke a woman’s leg. And considering my department’s manpower problem, we cannot keep you safe.

If you have to come into town, arm yourself. Seriously.

I think the ladies were not exactly white yupsters either, right?

It’s really just anyone who looks respectable, and hey, pretty girls!

scary stuff. did you hear that one guy in Upper Darby’s comments, Wyatt? He clearly just thinks these are “kids in high spirits” and we should all just laugh it off . . I’ll have to try and find them. It really ticked me off. It wasn’t Chitwood it was another police official. He’s more worried about people defending themselves and possibly hurting one of these sweet little children.

What is going to happen when they ‘jump’ the wrong person and a gun comes out? Then we MAY see blood running in the streets, and I’ll guarantee you’ll see brown lines as those individuals haul ass out of there…

Orchid – Robbery is a felony. Taking something by force, “however slight.” But hey, it’s all fun and games until the victim is someone the police official knows. That’s why I told people to arm themselves. Maybe this crap will stop when one of these savages is shot trying to rob someone.

Old NFO – I certainly hope so, because that’s what it’s gonna take for this to stop. Someone will defend themselves with deadly force, and then that person will be thrown in jail. Because that’s how this crap hole of a town operates.

Wyatt, no one wants to tell the truth. I have here. And no one has the courage to connect the dots. Yes, Philadelphia may very well be lost — as well as most larger population centers who, shock-of-shocks, are headed by Leftist mayors, city councils, supervisors, aldermen, alleged “leaders.”

What happens when government really DOES run out of Free Cheese?

Chicago has been dealing (or not) with these flash mobs for the past few years. Nothing was said (or done) because Daley the Short was going for the Olympics. After he decided not to run and the mobs got bigger and bolder the high powered Michigan Avenue stores and businesses said enough is enough. Police presence has been beefed up and still the barbarians attack. When someone gets killed the police will be blamed. Following the CPD blogs shows that Joe Citizen is starting to carry even though Illinois has NOT ALLOWED CCW. Philly and Chicago are so much alike it’s starting to get scary.

    Above all STAY SAFE………………….

If you guys ever need to bolt, you’re welcome down here anytime. Good Catholic school nearby and l.e. agencies in abundance.

You could probably become a suburban police chief in another year or so… and not in one of the suburban hellholes, either (yes, dear friends, there are several in the burbs). Think on it, hoss.

Well an organized group of vigilantes could help here
especially ex-military who wouldn’t be afraid to carry on the fight here at home also to rid the country of its scum.
Neighborhoods usually tell the police nothing if a few robbers, muggers rapists etc. end up dead in an alley
put there by the vigilante group. The vigilantes can be especially effective when the criminal element realizes that traps are being laid specifically for them and that unlike being arrested by the police, they won’t walk away from that particular group on bail. Sure they would be just as vicious as the criminals, hopefully more so actually, but if they do not hurt good people than I say we need a few thousands of them everywhere.
    But thats just me.

20 years ago this same crap was happening. Are these the kids of those hoodlums?

And we had the same scenario then. Reduced police force, high unemployment among youth.

I understand why budget cuts in a town, state, city, etc are always police and fire. They allow politicians to say “see what happens when we cut a govt budget. Crime mayhem. So we need to raise taxes in order to keep us safe.”

Meanwhile they never cut actual waste that any one of us could see was not necessary to running the govt. And worse yet, they make us less safe.

In nearby Lawrence Mass the mayor cut police and fire and guess what more shootings and fires. Meanwhile his girlfriend is getting free fuel $ from the govt ($40k worth) and he’s sending town govt cars to his buddies in the Dominican.

These Flash mobs can be distinguished from the usual mobs of yutes that go gang banging and robbing.
First of all they are very quickly and efficiently organized and can disperse quickly too.
Secondly, they’ve learned to hit White People and “wealthier” neighborhoods and shops instead of ripping off folks who live right in their own neighborhoods.
Chicago has the same problem – flash mobs storming into ritzy department stores, forming up on busses and beating and robbing white passengers only.
I have to say Wyatt, even if the Philly PD was up to strength I think it would be a challenge to stop ‘em.

In an old issue of Pistolero Magazine (just before the LA riots) there was an article on how to survive in the coming LA riots. LOL The .45 and shotgun were recommended with 00 buck of course and standard 230 gr. ball ammo for the .45. Back then .45′s weren’t renowned for feeding hollow points well, times have changed, anyways…Per pistolero when confronted by an angry mob, shoot to wound with the shotgun as many as you can, leg and abdomen hits, their friends will stop to help them thus reducing the effective crowd size, and the screams of agony of the wounded will scare off even more
whose blessed little hearts aren’t into dying. For the hardcore who keep closing on you the .45 is then employed. Since Pistolero back then came out 4 times a year the next issue ….AFTER…the LA riots had:

“TOLD YOU SO” as the magazine headline. I laughed my butt off.

This is nuts! We were talking about going to Philly and a few other places on the east coast in a few years to visit historical places. I’m rethinking that.

Does Philly (specifically since I know within some states, there are jurisdictional exceptions) have reciprocity for carry? Would you provide a personal armed escort for us?

Feel like continuing in law enforcement in another area? Maybe the backwoods of the Ozarks? There is a Catholic church in the “city.” (Population of said city is a little over 600. 600 people, not 600,000.)

When the first “historic” “black” POSOTUS was elected, I made the prediction that this will give a certain “minority” (which is NEVER mentioned in any of the “news” stories) free rein to do whatever they damn well pleased without fear of any recriminations.

    And it’s not just Philly.

BZ – We’ll be like Greece: riots every day.

Old NFO – Maybe I can get Captain America to do Captainpalooza, since I ran with the ball last time?

LDIV – Philly may fall before Chicago because our incompetence runs circles arouns other towns.

Piper – And Bristol Motor Speedway!

Bob – I would want to get 20 in before I thought about that. Two years away.

    Jon – We need Batman.

Chris C – Oh, I’m sure that happens here. Big Union and Big Walfare still get out the vote for the Dems, though.

Real – Won’t be long until one of them tries to rob the wrong person.

    Danny – Can’t hurt!

Kim – PA has concealed carry but Philly doesn’t. Don’t ask me to explain it because the politicians sure can’t. As for an armed escort, there are still a few mobsters in South Philly that can help ya out.

RAPH – Yeah, but the Black Panthers were convic . . Oh, never mind. Charges dropped.

Wyatt… Wait.. what? I thought Philly did allow you to carry concealed…
    When did that change?

Ive always though about getting a small gun to carry around but I would only want something I could hide and mostly forget about unless I needed it. Something even some of my friends wouldnt know about unless I knew they werent anti-gun so I dont have to hear it from them (a few are). Cant really have that happen if I cant conceal it.

  19. Wyatt Earp Says:

    Real – SHOCKA!

Kerri – I’m sorry. There’s no open carry in Philly, but there is in the rest of the state. I’m getting confused because I’m coming off a cold. Sorry.
