Obama Pledges $1 Billion To Gaza

I have to admit, that’s rather decent of him. Luckily we have such a huge surplus of money that we can afford to rebuild an area run by a terrorist organization.
You know, the terrorist-run state that continually fires rockets into Israel. Yeah, we’re taking money we don’t have and giving it to them. Are you frakkin’ kidding me?!!!

The United States plans to pledge more than $900 million to help rebuild Gaza after Israel’s offensive against Hamas and strengthen the Palestinian Authority, a U.S. official said on Monday. The money will be channeled through UN and other bodies and will not be distributed via the militant group Hamas, which rules Gaza, said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity as U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton plans to make the announcement next week at a Gaza donors conference in Egypt. The March 2 donors conference in Sharm el-Sheikh resort aims to raise humanitarian and rebuilding funds for Gaza after Israel’s offensive against Hamas at the end of last year. About 1,300 Palestinians were killed during the campaign, according to Gaza officials, as were 13 Israelis. (H/T - Mere Rhetoric)
About $1 Billion will be funneled to Gaza. Not to worry, though, because Hamas won’t be seeing a dime of it. The administration said so.

While the United States is in the midst of a serious financial crisis, the Obama administration is handing over another $1 billion to the Hamas-riddled United Nations Relief and Works Agency. It will be used for humanitarian purposes, of course, so that the Hamas “government” can spend all their money on bombs, weapons, and ammunition, instead of building a decent society for their children.
Oh, as an aside, I would like to know if Israel will be receiving money as well. Signs point to no.

I posted somewhere a couple of weeks ago this would probably happen… cozying up to the radicals is NOT going to help. I’m betting at the three year point or less we’ll start hearing calls for his impeachment for malfeasance in office.

And how much are we giving Israel? I think they’ll need reinforcements now thanks to the Moron And Chief. Why not give some money to Iran? Cuba? Let’s help them all blow Israel off the map.
