Rangel’s not corrupt, he’s a democrat. It’s physically impossible for a democrat to be corrupt. This is a scientific fact, established by a consensus of top scientists known only to Al Gore.

I wish someone would explain to me how this criminal keeps getting re-elected.

He uses the power of his office to take money from those who’ve earned it, and give it to those who haven’t in exchange for their votes. It’s a technique commonly referred to as urban politics.
